Simon Janik

Founder & Managing Director | Physiotherapist

Simon Janik has been working as a physiotherapist for over a decade after graduating from Western University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2014. He has experience working with people of all ages in a variety of settings. Having previously worked at OHIP-funded clinics providing care and working one on one with seniors in assisted living homes, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of orthopaedic, balance disorders and neurological conditions.

In his spare time, Simon enjoys staying active by running, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with his wife and two boys in Burlington.

Milad Bazaz

Milad Bazaz is a Registered Physical Therapist with over a decade of experience across orthopaedic, post-surgical, and geriatric care. He holds a Master of Physical Therapy from Western University and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University — a combination that informs both his patient-centred clinical practice and his broader work in healthcare leadership, program management, and care innovation.

Outside of work, he tends to his beehive, experiments in the kitchen, and curls — all balanced around rural life with his family in Brock Township.

Pamela Erno

Pamela Erno is a highly experienced and compassionate physiotherapy professional currently living in Ancaster, Ontario, with recent work experience and licensure in Buffalo, New York. Originally trained as a Physiotherapist in the Philippines, Pamela brings more than 15 years of international rehabilitative experience from the Philippines and Dubai, UAE, along with over 10 years of experience in Canada as a Physiotherapy Assistant in outpatient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes, and home care settings. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS).

Pamela is a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare professional known for her leadership, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills. In addition to her healthcare experience, she also manages a floral design business in her free time.

Joan Longos

Joan has been dedicating her career in the field of rehabilitation specifically as Physiotherapist way back when she graduated from Velez College, Cebu Philippines then as a volunteered Inpatient Physiotherapist at Chong Hua Hospital for a year. She then moved to Canada as a student, worked as a caregiver, and later on pursued her love of being a physio. Her passion for the geriatric population is magnetic that she honed her skills to provide exceptional care to those entrusted to her. She believes that being a physio or physio assistant is not just a degree or title but a responsibility to conduct ourselves in the highest standard and embodied our values and skills to the betterment of our patients.

She loves discovering new places, road trips and deep conversations is  her melting point.

Victoria Finley

Victoria is a recent graduate of the accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA) program at Georgian College. She has experience supporting people of all ages with diverse physical and cognitive needs. Also holding an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph, she has a foundation in human behavior that allows her to build meaningful connections with her clients, understand their individual needs, and motivate them toward their goals. Victoria utilizes a client-centered clinical philosophy and is deeply passionate about helping individuals maintain their mobility and maximize their independence.

In her spare time, Victoria enjoys playing sports like softball and soccer, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Simran Sandhu

Simran Sandhu is a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant at Eterna Care with a passion for promoting health, wellness, and helping individuals reach their fullest potential through movement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and recently earned her degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Scotland. While preparing for her Physiotherapy licensing in Canada, Simran continues to expand her clinical knowledge and provide compassionate, patient-centered care at Eterna Care.

Outside of work, Simran enjoys dancing, creating choreography, watching movies, and spending quality time with her nephews.
